Advancing to the role of Assistant Civil Engineer at Stellar Group, Noida, he took charge of project estimation, costing, and quality engineering, thereby strengthening his technical foundation and understanding of large-scale project delivery. Since 2014, Vikas has been associated with the Surat Group as a Project Manager, where he has led multiple large-scale civil and interior projects across India. He has played a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of works from site analysis and design coordination to material management, contractor supervision, and final handover. Known for his in-depth technical knowledge, detail-oriented approach, and strong leadership, Vikas has consistently ensured high-quality outcomes within budget and on schedule, often exceeding client expectations.
